DISCUSSION/DECISION - APPROVAL OF VACANT MEMBERSHIP <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS TO BOCC <br /> Vice-Chairman referred the group to the PLAC board application <br /> copies included in the agenda packet. He presented a proposal <br /> to fill the four (4) vacancies with the 4 current application <br /> applicants on file. Discussion ensued to promote the following <br /> motion: <br /> Vice Chairman Essman made a motion that the Public Land <br /> Advisory Committee recommend acceptance of the four PLAC <br /> applicants to the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners. Board <br /> Committee Member Gary Berndt seconded the motion.
