Meet at Pennsylvania Place: <br /> The meeting was called to order at 1:30 PM at Pennsylvania Place in Roslyn. Everybody present <br /> went around the room and introduced themselves. Gresia, a representative from Quantum <br /> property management,gave an overview of the property. HopeSource staff led a walkthrough <br /> alongside Gresia. <br /> 2. Meet at Westview Villa: <br /> The committee members drove independently to Westview Villa in Cle Elum. Andrew Lyons, <br /> HopeSource, gave an overview of the property. HopeSource staff led a walkthrough of a vacant <br /> unit alongside Gresia. <br /> 6. Meet at Teanaway Land: <br /> The committee members drove independently to the Teanaway plot of land. Bill Hinkle gave an <br /> overview of the project that is planned for this location including affordable housing and a child <br /> development center. <br /> 7. Other Business: N/A <br /> 8.
