The fee for multiple structures includes the FLS <br />inspection fee for the largest structure and either $100 or the FLS inspection fee (whichever is less) for each subsequent structure. This <br />fee adjustment for multiple structures does not apply to structures that contain more than one business owned by separate entities <br />such as a strip mall, or multiple structures on a single parcel that have different addresses. <br />, This fee applies to agricultural buildings, cold storage buildings, and controlled atmosphere buildings. lt also applies to sites such as <br />RV Parks campgrounds, mobile home parks, and switching stations if there are public facilities available to tenants, employees or the <br />general public such as community halls, offices, bathrooms, and laundry facilities.
