ATTACHMENT,.A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />KCHN shall perform the following: <br />1. Training to increase job related skills and knowledge in the provision of services to people with <br />developmental disabilities. <br />a. Review and familiarize with most recent DDCS Caseload and Cost Report. <br />b. Review and familiarize with educational handouts via DDCS and lnforming Families. <br />c. Attend relevant community meetings such as Early lntervention Network, meet with partner <br />agencies and attend relevant conferences. <br />2. Community lnformation and Education to inform and educate the public about developmental disabilities <br />and related services. <br />a. Work with partner agencies to increase awareness of DDCS and related services that are available. <br />b. Work directly with families who may qualify for DDCS and related services and provide technical <br />assistance, as needed. <br />c. Distribute information within Kittitas County via flyer, outreach materials, social media, etcetera <br />to provide understandable education to individuals and families about services. <br />d. participate in relevant events that reach individuals and families who may qualify for DDCS and <br />related services. <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev.5/Ialz'l <br />Page 4 of 23
