<br />East, W.M., Kittitas County, Washington, lying North and East of the Northeasterly boundary line of the right-of-

<br />W.M., in the County of Kittitas, State of Washington which is described as follows:
<br />A strip of land commencing at the Northwest comer of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said
<br />Section, and running thence South along the West boundary line of said Quarter of Quarter Section 660 feet;
<br />thence East at right angles thereto 16.5 feet; thence North at right angles to said last course 660 feet; and thence
<br />West 16.5 feet to the point of beginning, as conveyed by Thomas Cobane and Grace Cobane, husband and wife,
<br />to Louis J Bowles, by deed dated May 2, 1903 and recorded in Book 10 of Deeds. page 351.

<br />That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 17 East, W.M., in the County of
<br />Kittitas, State of Washington, that lies Northerly of the North Right of Way boundary line of PSH 3 (SR 90) and
<br />Southerly of the Southerly boundary line of Thorp Prairie County Road;
<br />EXCEPT:
<br />1. A tract of land within the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section, 35 feet in width, and a
<br />tract of land within the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section, 35 in width, conveyed to the
<br />Kittitas Reclamation District, by deed dated June 8, 1928, and recorded in Book 46 of Deeds page 518.
