ATTACHMENT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />2026 Rates <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay Contractor $520.00 per applicant <br />evaluation. <br />To conduct a Fitness -for -Duty Evaluation (FFDE), the County shall pay Contractor $500 for initial testing and interviews, <br />$450 per hour, with the understanding that most evaluations require approximately 10 hours of work. <br />2027 Rates <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay Contractor $536.00 per applicant <br />evaluation. <br />To conduct a Fitness -for -Duty Evaluation (FFDE), the County shall pay Contractor $536 for initial testing and interviews, <br />$475 per hour, with the understanding that most evaluations require approximately 10 hours of work. <br />2028 Rates <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay Contractor $552.00 per applicant <br />evaluation. <br />To conduct a Fitness -for -Duty Evaluation (FFDE), the County shall pay Contractor $552 for initial testing and interviews, <br />$475 per hour, with the understanding that most evaluations require approximately 10 hours of work. <br />Unless otherwise provided herein, Contractor shall be solely responsible for Contractor's travel and <br />related expenses. <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 4 of 12 <br />
