PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Page 5 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioners, the County will not reimburse the Contractor for any costs or expenses incurred by the <br />Contractor in performance of this Agreement. <br /> <br />THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT <br />UNTIL THE CONTRACTOR SUBMITS A COMPLETED W-9 (SEE ATTACHMENT "F") <br /> <br />Where required, the County shall, upon receipt of appropriate documentation, compensate the <br />Contractor, no more often than monthly, through the County voucher system, for the Contractor's <br />service pursuant to the fee schedule set forth in Attachment "B".
