AGREEMENT HERITAGE LAW OFFICE, ELIZABETH GAGLEY PUBLIC DEFENSE Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and Heritage Law Office, Elizabeth Gagley, to provide public defender services for eligible indigent criminal defendants in Kittitas County Upper District Court, from January 1, 2026, through January 31, 2026.
