0 CNA PARAMOUNT CNA Deductible Applicable to Damages Endorsement It is understood and agreed that: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Policy, the applicable each claim or each occurrence deductible amount shown in the Schedule above applies to the payment of damages because of bodily Injury or property damage to which this insurance applies. The Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations are in addition to and excess of the applicable deductible. Payment of the deductible is the responsibility of all Insureds on whose behalf such damages are paid. if the Insurer, in the exercise of its discretion, pays any amount within the applicable deductible, the Named Insured shall be. liable to the Insurer for any and all such amounts and, upon demand, shall pay such amounts to the Insurer.
