constitute a waiver of any obligation with respect to which Customer is in default. This Agreement shall not be modified except in a writing signed by lntegrity and Customer. 7.6. Severabilitv. lf any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed stricken from this Agreement, without invalidating any of the other provisions of this Agreement. 7.7. Publicitv. lntegrity may identify Customer as a customer of lntegrity for marketing and reference purposes, including on lntegrity's website and in its social media channels. Command shall likewise be permitted to identify Customer as a customer for marketing and reference purposes, subject to prior written consent from Customer. 7.8. Disclosures to Law Enforcement. Customer acknowledges that the lntegrity Equipment collects images and/or information of and from its surroundings and other information regarding activities that occur around the lntegrity Equipment and that law enforcement officials and other third parties acting in an official capacity may request access to such images and information and that lntegrity reserves the right in its sole discretion to disclose such images information to law enforcement officials or other officials if so requested. 7.9. Venue and Choice of Law. ln the event that any litigation should arise concerning this Agreement, the venue for such action shall be in the U.S. federal courts located in the State of Washington or in the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for the County of Kittitas. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. 7.10. Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the final, complete, exclusive and entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter of the Agreement. lntegrity rejects any contrary or additional terms offered by Command or Customer in any other form or document. lf performance of any obligation hereunder (except payment of monies due) is prevented, restricted or interfered with by any force majeure (including without limitation act of God; fire or other casualty or accident; strikes or labor disputes; war or other violence; unavailability of or delays in procuring materials, power or supplies; any law, order, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand or requirement of any governmental or intergovernmental agency or body; or any other act or condition whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the party affected thereby), the party so affected shall be excused from such performance during the time such prevention, restriction or interference persists.
