This is being funded by the HCA 1115 Waiver <br />(REF, SHJ24-012) <br />Grant/Contract Number: SHJ25-0013 <br />Total Grant/Contract Amount: Day one costs 582,536.00. This includes initial hardware x8, installation, <br />and 5 years of software and support.
