ExhibitLz Docket Item 2024-13 <br />Kristin Gibson <br />(RZ-00001) <br />Land use and Rezone Proposal: Rural Residential Ag 5 to Rural Residential and PUD <br />A proposal to change the land use and zoning designations of one parcel from Rural Working <br />and Agricultwal20 to Rural Working and Forest and Range. A comprehensive plan amendment <br />(CP-24-00003), rezone application (RZ-24-00001), and SEPA checklist were submitted as part of <br />the application packet. A SEPA mitigated threshold determination of non-significance (MDNS) <br />was issued and appealed, The BOCC denied the appeal.
