He <br />has been the mechanical project manager for facilities such as hospitals, <br />fire stations, and city hall/police stations. Rick delivers a fundamental and <br />intuitive grasp of mechanical systems coupled with excellent customer service. <br />He specializes in HVAC, plumbing and medical gas systems design & pre- <br />construction for healthcare, underfloor HVAC systems, office building and <br />public facility HVAC and plumbing, and biotechnology & chemistry laboratories <br />HVAC systems. <br />Project Exomples <br />King County Harborview Medical Center Facility Assessment & <br />Strategic Facility Master Plan <br />Leod Project Engineer for the development of a strategic facilities plan for <br />King County and Harborview Medlcal Center to meet the needs of the mission <br />population while successfully addressing identified facilities needs. The project <br />also included assessing and advising the County on City of Seattle regulatory <br />requirement and providing costing information and assessment of options. <br />Whatcom County Way Station <br />Mechqnicol Project Engineer f or Tl for the new Way Station. The project <br />renovated Whatcom County's 1500 N. State Street building in Bellingham. The <br />Way Station includes medical and behavioral clinic, county medical examiner, <br />coroner's office, and other County offices. <br />Seattle Children's Hospital Odessa Brown Clinic <br />Mechonicol Engineer f or a new 35,000 sf pediatric healthcare clinic owned <br />by Seattle Children's Hospital. The project takes the SEOC Building C and fills <br />the lower two floors with this clinic. The mechanical scope included HVAC, <br />plumbing, piping, and fire protection <br />City of lssaquah Pickering Barn Air Conditioning Addition <br />Mechonicol Principol in Chorge for the addltion of air conditioning to a 12,000 <br />sf event venue owned by the City of lssaquah. The facility was built in 1906 <br />as a dairy barn and is now on the National Register of Historic Places. FSi <br />provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the project. <br />North Mason Regional Fire Authority New HQ <br />Mechonicol Principol in Chorge for a a new design-build 20,000 sf fire <br />station headquarters with four apparatLrs bays, training rooms for up to 30 <br />people, dormitory sleeping quarters with common areas, fitness rooms, and <br />administration offices, and other support spaces. Our scope included HVAC <br />and plumbing for the facility.
