MWA will provide drawings using Autodesk Revit program and in PDF format for reviews. All drawings and exhibits provided are planning level in nature; they will be to scale digitally for cost estimating purposes and diagrammatic and require further development by a professional team licensed in Washington State prior to use in construction documentation. MWA will provide reports using MS Word and in PDF format for reviews. Document review comment periods by the County are ten (10) calendar days or less. All comments by the County stakeholders will be vetted by the County Project Manager. All comments that cannot be incorporated into the project documents will be adjudicated by the designated County Project Manager. The County will provide access to facilities for site investigations as needed. The County will provide a Project Manager for this project; copy them on all correspondence with other County personnel. All deliverables to be digital. Furniture, fixtures and equipment procurement excluded; space planning and recommendations for style/types of furniture included. No drawings will be provided by civil, mechanical or electrical subconsultants; their design input will be captured in the notes from the workflow and space needs workshop in the form of a basis of design narrative for cost and space planning purposes. No geotechnical engineering services are included; MWA will incorporate available geotechnical data readily available from the County in massing layouts and costs assumptions. No environmental engineering services are included; the County will share any known site contamination issue for inclusion in costs. No site survey is included; MWA will use existing readily available County-provided GIS data in lieu of survey if one is not available for the site. No traffic data or traffic engineering will be conducted as part of this study. A CC: Leslee Randolph
