This Section 10.6 shall survive the tercrination of a Service Agreement unless the Owner terminates a Sereice Agreement for cause pursuant to Section 8.4. $ 10.7 If the Architect or Owner receives information specifically designated as "confidential" or "business proprietary,"' the receiving party may disclose zuch information as required by law or court order, including a zubpoena or other form of compulsory legal process issued by a court or governmental entity. The Party receiving zuch infomration may also disclose it to its employees, consultants or contractors in order to perforrn services or work solely and exctusively for the Project, provided those employees, csnsultaDts aod contractors are subject to the restrictions on the disclosure and use of such information as set forth in this Section 10.7. $ 10.8 The invalidity of any provision ofthe Agreement shall not invalidate the.dgreement or its remaining provisions. If it is determined that any provision of the Agreerneot violates any law, or is otherwise invalid or unenforceable, then that provision shall be revised to the extent necessary to make that provision legal and enforceable.
