The Owner shall fumish the services of csrsultants as designated in an indivi&al Service Order, or authorize the Architect to fumish them as an Additional Service' whei te.Architect requests zuch services and demonstrates ftat they arc reasonably required by the scope of the Service Order. The Owner shall reguire that its consultants and contractors maintain insurance, iucluding professional liability insurumce, as appropriate to the seryices or wort provided- $ 5.4 The Oqmer shall fumish all lega! insurance, and accormting services, including auditing services, thx may be reasonably nec€ssary at any time to meet the Ownsr"s needs and intercsts under a Service Agreem€nt. $ 5.5 The Owner shall pmvide prompt writt€n notice to the Architect if the Ownerbecomes awar€ of any fault or fofect in the services or work retarcd-to a Seryice Agreernen! including errors, omissions or incmsistencies in the Archit€ct's lnstruments of Service. $ 5.6 Within 15 days after receipt of a written r€quest from the Architect, the Owner shall firnish the requested information as necessary and relevant for &e Architect to evaluate, give notice o{ or enforce lien rights.
