ATTACHMENT "ff <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ln addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />r Conduct polygraph examinations of applicants for law enforcement employment upon requ€st by the Kittitas <br />County Sheriffl s Office. <br />Prepare and convey reports of those polygraph findings and applicant evaluations to the Kittitas County <br />Sheriffs Office. <br />These evaluations shall be conducted in mmpliance with, and as mandated by, the provisions of RCW <br />43.101.095(2XaXiii), and WAC L39{7{40, and any provision now in existence or enacted during the period <br />of this Professional Services Agreement, including any extension thereof. All materials related to the <br />examination and its results are confidential pursuant to WAC 139-07-040(1Xd) and shall be treated as <br />such and secured in a manner consistent with any applicable state and federal statutes and regulations, <br />including the means of providing such results or materials to the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office.
