KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "Agreemenf) is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />{hereinafter "County''}, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Alan i.
