At all times when this Lease is in effect Lessee shall maintain in <br />force all required insurance coverage and shall have on file with the Lessor Certificates of <br />Insurance evidencing the same. Each of the parties shall obtain a clause or endorsement <br />providing for such waiver of subrogation in any policies of insurance required under this Lease. <br />F.P.4 Ter s Subject to Chanoe. Txssor. in i*ts.gole and ab.solute discretion, re -serves the right to <br />review and adjust at any time Lessee's required insurance limits, types of coverage, and any other <br />terms applicable to insurance to insure against any risk associated with this Lease or Lessee's use, <br />occupancy, or operations at the Airport.
