Theterm of this Lease shall be foraperiod <br />of thirty (30) years commencing on the Lease Date as provided in Exhibit C., if attached, and <br />It 1Wending on January 31, 2056 such period being the "Initial Term" or "Term" and including <br />any extensions as provided in Section 2.2. A "Lease Year" means the twelve calendar months <br />commencing with the month of the Lease Date or Commencement Date, as the case maybe, <br />each year of the Term. <br />2.2 Options to Extend. <br />Prior to exercising Lessee option to extend this lease, the Lessee shall provide the Lessor with <br />structural assessment of all improvements stipulating the expected useful life remaining in <br />the asset.
