4. TERM ALIGNMENT: The term of the Agreement shall remain concurrent with the <br />ten-year payment commitment defined herein, unless otherwise extended or modified by written <br />amendment mutually agreed upon by both Parties. <br />5. FAILURE TO REMIT PAYMENT: In the event of nonpayment or material default <br />under this Addendum, the County reserves the right to invoke the Dispute Resolution and <br />Binding Arbitration procedures set forth in Sections 18 and 19 of the Agreement. <br />6.
