After an initial equipment purchase by the <br />Road Fund, the equipment is then placed in ER&R and rented to other funds, typically <br />the Road Fund. Rates are required to be reviewed and updated annually. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Rental rates for equipment within nmam are reviewed and adopted annually pursuant to <br />RCW 36.33A. 10. A review of the rental rates has been performed, considering operating <br />6 costs, maintenance costs as well as replacement costs for equipment. Exhibit 1 identifies <br />r 2026. No changes are proposed from the 2025 rates for the 2026 <br />Rates have been accounted for within the ER&R Fund as well as the Road Fund. <br />
