This approach <br />enables the local jurisdiction to retain discretion over floodplain regulations while <br />allowing Property owners to decide whether to purchase flood insurance. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS. <br />Per the Interlocal Agreement,,, each entity will fund the completion of its respective <br />responsibilities.
