Interest will. accrue at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per <br />year from the time.ECOLOGY demands repayment of funds. <br />Any property acquired under this Agreement, at the option of ECOLOGY, may become ECOLOGY'S property and <br />the RECIPIENT'S liability to repay monies will be reduced by an amount reflecting the fair value of such property. <br />24. SEVERABILITY <br />If any provision of this Agreement or any provision of any document incorporated by reference shall be held invalid, <br />such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement which can be given effect without the invalid <br />provision, and to this end the provisions of this Agreement are declared to be severable. <br />250 STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT (SEPA) <br />RECIPIENT must demonstrate to ECOLOGY'S satisfaction that compliance with the requirements of the State <br />Environmental Policy Act (Chapter 43.21 C R('W and Chapter 197-11 WAC) have been or will be met.
