GenemlProvisionsi <br />A. purpose. The purpose of this Interlocal Agreement is,to permit tUe joTt use of the <br />fittit"s County iail for confinement of prisoners of the paq"9 to_ F: Interlocal <br />Agreement, there,by promoting manimum use and efficiency of the Kittitas County <br />Jail. <br />B. Adminisnator. Pgrsuant to RCtilf 39.34.030(4)(a), the administrator for this <br />agreement shall be the Superintendent ofthe Kittitas County Jail. <br />C. property. Venue. Venue for any lawsuit shall be determined pursuant to RCW 36.01.050. <br />E. Eilinq. This Agreement shall be filed with the Kittitas County Auditor's Office or, <br />alternatively, li-sted by subject on each or either party's web site or other electonioally <br />rehievabie public source purzuant to RCW 39.34.040. <br />F. Severability. In the event any provisions of this Agreement shall be determinedto be <br />unenforcffile or otherwise invaru for any reason, such provisions shall be enforced <br />and valid to the extent permitted by taw.
