Definitions A. ,,Contractor" and ,,GRANTEE" in this Grant Agreement, and the term "subrecipient" found in the federalCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG) rules and regulations, shall mean the same' B. ,,Low- and moderate-income" shall mean a household income equal to or less than 80 percent of area median income adjusted by family size' C. ,,subgrantee(s)/Subcontracto(s)" shall mean one not in the employment of the GRANTEE, who is performing all or part of those services under this Grant Agreement under a separate agreement with the GRANTEE.
