Generrl Provisions: <br />A. purpose. The purpose of this Interiocal Agreement is to permit the jo}t use of the <br />Rittitas County iuil to. confinement of prisoners of the patqT to_ F: Interlocal <br />Agreement, thereby promoting maximum use and efficiency of the Kittitas County <br />Jail' <br />B. Administrator. Pusuant to RCW 39.34.030(4)(a), the adminishator for this <br />agr.-"nt shu[ be the superintendent ofthe Kittitas county Jail. <br />C. Properly.
