BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE l/lOTH OF 1% MENTAL HEALTH AND <br />CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY TAX ADVISORY BOARD BYLAWS <br />RESOLUTTON No. 2o2s-4 <br />WHEREAS, ResolutionNo.2022-185 establishedthe 1/1Othof l%oMentalHealthand <br />Chemical dependency Tax Advisory Board to make recommendations <br />surrounding the use of related tax funding; and <br />WHEREAS, the committee approved the development and implementation of previous <br />bylaws in June, 2023 through resolution2023-121; and <br />WHEREAS, the commiffee finds an update of the bylaws to better reflect their mission <br />and committee processes; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 30th ,2025,the committee approved the updated bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, incorporates the 1/10th of lo/o Mental Health and Chemical dependency <br />Tax Advisory Board bylaws by reference and altached hereto; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />approves and adopts the 1/1Oth of lYo Mental Health and Chemical dependency Tax <br />Advisory Board bylaws as presented. <br />ADoprED this -1(:& uv ,r[.N,U)nkK 202s. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Laura Chair <br />V <br />of Board th, County Commissioner
