To this end, the <br />terms and conditions of this Agreement are declared to be severable. <br /> <br /> 27. Time: Time is of the essence in the performance of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed <br />between the parties in a signed writing. <br /> <br /> 28. Construction: This Agreement has been mutually reviewed and negotiated by the parties, <br />and should not be construed against the drafter. <br /> <br /> 29. Agreement Not for Benefit of Third Parties: This Agreement is entered into solely for the <br />benefit of the parties hereto and vests no rights in, nor is it enforceable by, any third parties. <br />
