Members are required to comply with the Kittitas County Boards, Committees, and <br />Commissions Handbook <br />AMENDMENTS <br />The bylaws may be amended at a regular meeting provided that: <br />A. Proposed amendments have been submitted in writing to the members of the <br />Committee prior to the first reading; and <br />B.
