It is the intent of this Agreement fbr Klttitas County's insurancs to bs <br />considered primary in tlre ovent of a loss, damage, or suit arising out of Kittitas <br />County's porfonnance of a duty under this Agreement. South Cls Elum's <br />comprthensive goneral liability polioy will be considered excess coverage in <br />rospect to Ifittitas County.
