Filing. Pursuant to RCW 39.34.040, this Agreement shall be posted on the Kittitas County <br />and City of Ellensburg public websites and/or filed with the County Auditor. <br />19. Financing. There shall be no budget maintained for any joint or cooperative undertaking <br />pursuant to this agreement. <br />20. Promo �. This interlocal agreement does not provide for the acquisition, holding or <br />disposal of real or personal property. <br />21. Joint Administration.
