Minutes Approval <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE AUGUST 4T", 2025 MEETING MINUTES:Janine Brodine moved to approve <br /> the August, 2025 meeting minutes. Nancy Goodloe second. All in favor. Motion carried to <br /> approve meeting minutes. <br /> 5. Committee Business <br /> Review 5-year plan draft: <br /> The committee reviewed the updated 5-year plan draft provided by Brittany Bouchouari, <br /> HopeSource, and offered further feedback.They discussed graph accuracy, clarity of language, <br /> and page numbers.The committee would like to approve the final version by their November <br /> meeting to meet grant requirements <br /> Update on geographic data. <br /> Emma Madland provided a spreadsheet outlining the geographic distribution of HAHC <br /> funding across the county to ensure equal access.Janine Brodine noted the lack of Roslyn and <br /> Ronald based projects.They discussed ways to remove potential barriers for smaller <br /> communities and ways to foster transparency with the community surrounding fund uses. <br /> 1 <br />
