There shall be no budget maintained for any joint or cooperative undertaking <br />pursuant to this agreement. <br /> <br />19. Property. This interlocal agreement does not provide for the acquisition, holding or disposal <br />of real or personal property. <br /> <br />20. Joint Administration.
