Wales Investments, LLC <br />with Brunswick Bowling Products, LLC (referred herein as "Brunswick") for a major <br />renovation project at an existing dormant 16-lane bowling center located at 830 North <br />Poplar Street, Ellensburg, WA 98926. The prior bowling center name was "Rodeo Bowl". <br />The planned bowling center name upon reopening is "Strike Central" and will feature 12 <br />Lanes. The original desired delivery date was August 1, 2025 according to the contract. <br />The Brunswick contract included Brunswick equipment, installation, and training for the <br />following items at a summary level: <br />• New Brunswick Boost ST StringPin Pinsetters: sanctioned by the United States <br />Bowling Congress (referred herein as "USBC") for league and tournament play that <br />are significantly lower power consuming than current pinsetters, require less <br />maintenance than historical pinsetters, and increase employee safety due to easy <br />troubleshooting and minimal moving parts <br />• New Brunswick ProLane synthetic lanes: Brunswick's premium lane with <br />patented advanced lane markings for competitive bowlers, thickest lane on the <br />market for long term resiliency, glow under UV lights for entertainment bowling, and <br />features a lifetime warranty against delamination <br />• New pin decks and flat gutters at the bowling pins: ensures USBC compliance <br />and maximum pin action for higher scores and reduced operational maintenance <br />• Brunswick Nitro LED RGB pin deck lighting: high efficiency, long life LED modules <br />that can light up the pins with white light or any combination of colors plus strike, <br />gutter, spare, and other animations when integrated with Brunswick Sync scoring <br />• Brunswick Frameworx Pinsetter Masking Units: new graphic panels and frames <br />that are almost 10' tall in front of the pinsetters to replace the obsolete and dated <br />graphics <br />• Brunswick Center Stage Ball Return Hood and Racks: Replace the aged and <br />obsolete Brunswick 2000 ball return racks on the lane approach area that have a <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
