I have been advised that the Administrative Office of the Courts will be <br /> paying for travel and lodging but not for staff time. When the system is implemented, staff will be expected to work weekends and <br /> overtime.The best estimate that I can provide would be that we would need staff to work 40 hours overtime.This will be and added <br /> $19,292 to cover staff overtime. This would cover training time and go live of new system and ability to maintain current Laserfiche <br /> system updated as a backup. <br />
