Amended 2024 Docket Enabling Ordinance November 4, 2025 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />and a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) for Docket # 2024-12 through <br />authority of WAC 197-11-340; and <br /> <br />Whereas, One timely SEPA appeal was received on October 1, 2024, for Docket Item 2024- <br />13; and <br /> <br />Whereas, The SEPA determination for Docket # 2024-13 was withdrawn with a new SEPA <br />mitigated threshold determination issued on October 16th, 2024; and <br /> <br />Whereas, A timely SEPA appeal was received on October 29th, 2024, for Docket Item 2024- <br />13; and <br /> <br />Whereas, The Planning Commission conducted an open public meeting on August 13, 2024, <br />to review the Docketed list (Docket Items 2024-01 through 2024-13) for general <br />questions to staff; and <br /> <br />Whereas, Due public notice was placed upon the County official website regarding the <br />Planning Commission public hearings; and <br /> <br />Whereas, The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on September 10th, 2024, <br />and September 11th, 2024, to hear testimony and take public comment on Docket <br />Items 2024-01 through 2024-10, and after deliberation made recommendations to <br />the Board of County Commissioners, taking due consideration of the public <br />benefit involved in the proposals; and <br /> <br />Whereas, The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on November 12th, 2024, <br />to hear testimony and take public comment on the Docket Item #’s 2024-11, <br />2024-12, & 2024-13 and after deliberation made recommendations to the Board <br />of County Commissioners on Docket Items 2024-11, 2024-12; and <br /> <br />Whereas, The Planning Commission continued the November 12th, 20204 public hearing <br />for Docket Item 2024-13 to December 3rd, 2024; and <br /> <br />Whereas, The Planning Commission conducted the continued public hearing on December <br />3rd, 2024, to hear additional testimony and take public comment regarding <br />Docket Item # 2024-13 and after deliberation made recommendations to the <br />Board of County Commissioners; and <br /> <br />Whereas, After due notice the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners held an <br />open public meeting on October 22, 2024, regarding Docket Items 2024-01 <br />through 2024-10; and <br /> <br />Whereas, After due notice and publication on official website and in the Daily Record on <br />October 24, 2024 and October 31, 2024, the Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners held an open public hearing on Docket Items 2024-01 through <br />2024-10 on November 6, 2024; and <br />
