A comprehensive plan amendment <br />(CP-24-00003), rezone application (RZ-24-00001), and SEPA checklist were submitted as part of <br />the application packet. A SEPA mitigated threshold determination of non-significance (MDNS) <br />was issued and appealed, The BOCC denied the appeal.
