If Franchisee desires to change any terms in this Franchise, <br />Franchisee will contact the Real Estate Program at Real.Estate@parks.wa.sov. This <br />Franchise shall not be amended or modified except by written document mutually <br />executed by State and Franchisee. <br />13.Installation. The Facilities must be installed in a good and workmanlike manner and <br />the premises restored as nearly as practicable to the same condition it was prior to the <br />Facilities being placed. State shall retain the use of the land for purposes not <br />inconsistent with installation, operation, or maintenance of the Facilities, except that <br />no structures will be constructed over, upon, or under said Facilities. <br />14.Termination. State may revoke this Franchise upon ninety (90) days written notice to <br />Franchisee in the event State includes the Property in a plan for higher and better use, <br />land exchange, or sale. <br />15.
