No seed shall be applied until written approval is received from the Trails <br />Program Manager. For approval of the proposed mix, contact Paul Knowles, Trails <br />Program Manager at 509-850-7904 or @' <br />Public Access <br />The use area, described and shown in Exhibits A and B, shall remain open to the public. <br />Franchisee shall not gate, fence, sign, or restrict entry without prior written consent from <br />State. Exceptions to this are as stated below: <br />1. A one (l) month closure for the initial clean-up. <br />2. Closures for routine maintenance not to exceed two (2) wbeks per <br />calendar year, <br />Vehicle qnd Recreation Vehicle Use <br />Other than county vehicles and equipment for maintenance, no motorized vehicles may <br />be driven or parked on State Parks' property as a part ofthis Franchise. RVs located on <br />the Kittitas County's adjoining property may project over State Parks property, given that <br />they do not extend over more than eight (8) feet. Upon request, Franchisee will install <br />additional signage or curb infrastructure to prevent unauthorized use of State Parks' land.
