<br />Allison is a skilled listener and communicator with a background in visual communications . She
<br />leads MWA’s Interior Environments Studio, weaving creativity into her process when managing
<br />project teams . Allison is passionate about collaborating with clients, consultants, and stakehold-
<br />ers to inspire creative problem solving and produce exceptional work . Her portfolio includes over
