KITTITAS COUNTY <br />PUBLIC WORKS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM October 27, 2025 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman Cory <br />Wright, and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br />Others: Josh Fredrickson, Lisa Godden, Kelee Hodges, Public Works; <br />Stephanie Hartung, Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office; Chad Bala, <br />Community Development Services. <br />At 1:30PM Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened the Public Works Study <br />Session. <br />NO CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />REQUEST TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN ANNUAL ROAD PROGRAM FOR <br />2026 <br />Josh Fredrickson briefed the Board of County Commissioners of the <br />Annual Road Program, Annual Construction Program, Annual Maintenance <br />Program and cost thereof. Josh Frederickson requested approval of <br />the resolution to adopt the Annual Road Program for 2026. <br />Vice Chairman Cory Wright moved to approve Resolution 2025-211 and <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith seconded the motion. Resolution 2025-211 <br />approved. <br />SAFE STREETS AND ROADS FOR ALL GRANT-SNOQUALMIE PASS COMPREHENSIVE <br />SAFETY ACTION PLAN <br />Josh Fredrickson provided information on the Safe Streets and Roads <br />for All Grant-Snoqualmie Pass Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. Josh <br />Frederickson stated that meetings have been held with the public and <br />businesses in the areas. Public input was sought, and data <br />collection has been done. A traffic consultant was also hired. A <br />draft report will be put out for public comment in the upcoming week. <br />The report will be brought to the Board at a future date to consider <br />for adoption and can be used to pursue grant funding. <br />10/27/25 MINUTES <br />
