10/27/2025 MINUTES 2 the demolition date, contractor schedule, supply order, and funding status. Currently the project is on schedule and moving forward. All RFPs are out and due back by November 12, 2025 for BoCC review. DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS The Board determined that for the week of October 20, 2025, they would post the following on their Facebook page: Funeral information for Coroner Nick Henderson. County trick or treat at the courthouse Friday October 31, 2025, from 3pm – 5pm. UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to meet with on a weekly basis for the year. The assignments for 2025 were determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin meeting earlier on and they will continue to provide updates at future meetings. Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective departments and exchanged details of those meetings. UPDATE WHITE BOARD COMMISSIONERS The Board reviewed their current whiteboard topics and provided status updates. OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES – There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the Board participated in, individually, over the past week. EXECUTIVE SESSION RCW 42.30.110 (g) COMMISSIONERS At 9:35 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 5 minutes with the Board and Facilities Manager Patti Stacey; under RCW 42.30.110 (g) To evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to review the performance of a public employee. However, subject to RCW 42.30.140(4), discussion by a governing body of salaries, wages, and other conditions of employment to be generally applied within the agency shall occur in a meeting open to the public, and when a governing body elects to take final action hiring, setting the salary of an individual employee or class of employees, or discharging or disciplining an employee, that action shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. No action anticipated. At 9:40 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action taken.
