Motion carried 3- <br />0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2025-193 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS AUDITOR <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2025-193, <br />Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County, the City of <br />Ellensburg, the City of Kittitas, the City of Cle Elum, the City of <br />Roslyn, the Town of South Cle Elum, and Central Washington University, <br />regarding the Kittitas County Economic Development partnership. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS - NONE <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:44 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil <br />Deputy Prosecutor; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director; Arden <br />Thomas, Water Resource Program Manager; and Miko Tempski, Deputy <br />Prosecutor III, under RCW 42.30.110(i) To discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, <br />or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a <br />member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a <br />party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to <br />result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. There <br />was no action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:54 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
