DDD Employees: includes those individuals who are employed.by.DDD or who <br />uot*t"; ffpO$l;provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities. <br />F. Emergencies: means actions, omissions, or conditions.that immediately threaten an <br />individual wiil-a developmental disability's health, life or well being. <br />H. Monitorine: means gnaccompanied access to all residents of .a. prograrn at <br />ir^ona6G tltnes,;hich at a minimum'shall include normql workingtnd visiting ho^urs to <br />ensure progam ro-pfiutri" *ith respect to the rights and safety of DDD consumeffi. See 45 <br />C.F.R. $ 1386.22(9). <br />L probable Cause: as detined in 45 CIR 1386, or heretnafter amended, means a <br />i.*o"uffiro*A fo. Oelief that an individual withdeveiopmental disabiiities has been, or <br />;"y b;; r"bject to abuse o1 qeglect. The individual *?king such determination may base <br />thc clecision on reasormbls infErlrcEs dr.awn fiom his or her Jxpericncc or trainilg-regarding <br />si-*ilar i""idents, conditions or problems that are usually associated with abuse and neglect. <br />J. program: consistent with the definition of "facility".in 45 CFR 1386.19 includes any <br />r.tting ffi.*iars care, teatnent services and habilitation, even.if gnly "as needed" or <br />"na"i" iotinu"tual arrangement.
