26. Severabiliw: lf any term or condition of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person(s) <br />or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other terms, conditions or applications which can <br />be given effect without the invalid term, condition or application. To this end, the terms and conditions of this <br />Agreement are declared to be severable. <br />27 . Time: Time is of the essence in the performance of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed between <br />the parties in a signed writing. <br />28. Construction: This Agreement has been mutually reviewed and negotiated by the parties and should <br />not be construed against the drafter. <br />29.
