Meeting called to order at 1:33 PM <br /> 2. Introduction of Guests: N/A <br /> 3. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 4. Minutes Approval <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE SEPTEMBER 10th, 2025 MEETING MINUTES:Joan Neslund moved to <br /> approve the September, 2025 meeting minutes. Skylar Bisom-Rapp second. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried to approve meeting minutes. <br /> S. Review 5-year plan draft <br /> The committee reviewed the updated 5-year plan draft provided by Brittany Bouchouari, <br /> HopeSource, and offered further feedback.They noted an overall plan improvement and suggested <br /> the addition of clear definitions for technical terms, a disclaimer on PIT count accuracy, inclusion of <br /> all smaller cities comp plans and more. With the hope to have the plan approved in time for grant <br /> requirements,the group agreed to plan a special meeting to make their approval before the next <br /> regular meeting. <br /> 6. Other Business <br /> Cold Weather Shelter: <br /> Brett Wachsmith gave an update on the cold weather shelter. He discussed the negotiations <br /> surrounding operator funding and asked the committee for feedback.They discussed security <br /> concerns, commercial kitchen availability and ways to reduce costs while providing the service to <br /> those in need. <br /> 1 <br />
