BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COTINTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - JO' <br />AUTHORIZING THE SELECTION OF ARDURRA GROUP,INC. AS PUBLIC WORKS <br />ON.CALL TASK ORDER CONSULTANTS FOR UP TO A THREE.YEAR PERIOD OF <br />SERVICE AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND <br />SIGN SAID PROFESSIONAL SER\'ICES AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works advertised a Request for Statement of Qualifications <br />for engineering and professional services consistent with state law and county code in <br />July of2025; and <br />WIIEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works docketed a request to solicit for engineering and <br />professional services on the Board of County Commission general business agenda <br />on July I't,2025; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners directed Kittitas County Public Works proceed <br />with solicitation efforts and said process concluded with submittals being received on <br />July 31, 2025; and <br />WIIEREAS: Consistent with solicitation advertising an internal review team of Kittitas County <br />Public Works staff reviewed and scored all civil engineering services and related <br />professional engineering services submittals; and <br />WIIEREAS: The consensus of the reviewers selects Ardurra Group, Inc. for professional civil <br />engineering services agreement for up to a three-year period (two-year base with <br />possible third year extension if mutually agreed upon); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL\IED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby select Ardurra Group, Inc. for professional civil engineering <br />services and authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and sign said professional services <br />agreement. <br />DATED this 21st day of October 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COLINTY, WASHINGTON <br />of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Coir ,h+, <br />x <br />lr!lll <br />E Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Vice-Chairman
