I q1 <br />A Resolution to Cancel Claims Fund Warrants <br />WHEREAS, the following Attachment A of Claims Fund wa:rants were issued between July <br />I, 2023 and June 30, 2024, in the total amount of $3,059.7 4: and <br />WHEREAS, the Attachment A of outstanding Claims Fund warrants needs to be cancelled <br />by the County Auditor and County Treasurer and remitted to the Department ofRevenue-Unclaimed <br />Property Division; and <br />WHEREAS, the required due diligence letters for unclaimed warrants over $75.00 were <br />mailed on August 11,2025; and <br />WIIEREAS, per R.C.W 63.30 Unclaimed Property mustbereportedby October 3l'tofeach <br />year, and Kittitas County selects the option to remit the unclaimed funds to the Department of <br />Revenue; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Claims Fund warrant numbers listed in <br />Attachment A totaling $3,059.74 be canceled and remitted to the Department of Revenue: <br />See Attachment A <br />Adopted this 21st day of October2025, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />BOARD OF COI]NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />UNTY, WASHTNGTON <br />cory <br />c.0t <br />7 <br />t1 <br />-SI7\L <br />of oardlDeputy Clerk of the Board <br />Commissioner
