KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County''), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Accurate Electric Unlimited <br />( herei naft er "Contracto /' ). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: Provide 1 for 1 camera installations at Kittitas County Jail as <br />well as (10) new camera installs and (2) relocations. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of execution through project completion, unless the <br />Agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br />The parties' addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />COUNTY CONTRACTOR <br />This Agreement includes the following, which are attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this <br />reference: <br />Kittitas County Sheriffs Office <br />307 W.
